Unfortunately the 2nd beer I ordered was not delivered. An espresso was offered as an apology as a substitute for paying. Dessert was not delivered at the next table. The assignment of the operation to the respective tables is clearly missing here. Everyone who came by asked once. Food as always impeccable. Very good taste. Corona rules were strictly observed.

The atmosphere in the inner courtyard is uncomfortable. Schnitzel OK but Hungarian potatoes in a potato salad. Guest molests other guests.

The hygiene concept implemented 200%. Exemplary in the breakfast room. That was best implemented on the whole bike tour. The food and wine were outstanding. I can only recommend it.

Was here for the first time and waited at the entrance to the beer garden for about 5-6 minutes. until we were shown to the table. The food went like that. We felt that a few waitresses were overwhelmed and we justify this with the fact that, despite repeated requests, only after 40 min. could pay. It can be done better, as the mostly good reviews prove.

The Schäuferle were first class! The Franconian plate, on the other hand, fell significantly. Very tasty wine and first class beer with a very attentive service! Thank you, we'll be back!

As part of a short vacation, we stopped by on one of our bike tours and had lunch. Both the salads and the good Schäufele are warmly recommended. Add a good drop from your own wine cellar - what more could you want. We were completely satisfied and then took a few of these drops with us on the way home.

Landed there for dinner after visiting Sommerach. Sommerach offers many options, ultimately we had to choose a restaurant. Service polite and quick, but not more. Clear selection of food (were there after 2 pm, therefore limited menu). Still there was something for everyone. Conclusion: stay nice, but without magic moments. There is a large selection in Sommerach, so the next time you visit Sommerach, it may be a different restaurant.

A lovely hotel. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Our room was very clean and I think had been recently refurbished. We had dinner and breakfast and both were outstanding. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Many thanks for looking after us so well.

The soul can breathe Finally after almost half a year at the "Lamm" again (for the 5th time meanwhile). When I first came to the family-run inn / wine bar / winery, which is now in its fifth generation, a strong family warmth has already ignited inside me. Now that I know the current management of the house (Martina Strobel and her husband Kersten Strobel), I have grown all the more fond of this traditional house. SOULFOOD The kitchen which can rightly be called GOOD bourgeois is really a fair! Everything is actually kept very simple, but the quality of each product is absolutely on point. As I was allowed to learn, some dishes are still prepared according to recipes from grandmother Strobel. The wine The 2018 vintage, as well as the previous years, delighted me very much. Especially the grape I shy away from growing dry this year and the Pinot Blanc are fantastic wines. The rooms and breakfast room and in general the overall ambience is varied and designed with attention to detail. Thank you dear family Strobel for this well-kept pearl in Sommerach! Goodbye!!!

Hotel: Perfect location in a nice little town (with lots of wineries !), hotel with a nice atmosphere, restaurant directly in the hotel. Restaurant: Waiting time in the restaurant was rediculously long. Maybe we had bad luck, maybe there only was one waitress for too many people, maybe the kitchencrew was slow, who can tell... Anyway, the food and wine were delicious.

Newly renovated house with traditional elements in interior, located in a pretty little town. Very welcoming staff! Breakfast was above expectations. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice, everything was perfectly clean. Great value for money! Free parking outside.

We visit the "Gasthof for 35 years approx 2 times a year when we are on the road visa versa Italy. First for the kitchen. It is marvellous. Then for the hotel. it gives you always the feeling to be the first guest in the room. Perfect clean with good beds and showers. Nice ambiance and delicious wines gives every time great pleasure.
